Meet Your Sharpener

From the moment I sliced my first vegetable, I knew the tools in my hands needed to be kept in top performing condition. I grew up in Severn MD, pretty much in between Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington D.C. I left for a time, for college and after graduating, quickly knew that here is where i wanted to make my home and life. I have worked in many different restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. This made for lots of knife work and I developed a keen eye for how to best maintain my knives. Fifteen years of culinary experience has taught me that nothing can be more important than a sharp knife in the kitchen. I see the knife as an extension of my hand. This passion for knives has led me to want to share it with you by sharpening and helping you care for your knives. Everyday in the kitchen, in the garden, or at work will be better with sharper tools. Let me show you what I can do for you.
